    • Shipment & Delivery

      The bike is not shipped assembled.

      If your address is not in Switzerland, additional VAT costs may occur according to your country regulations. Items are shipped directly from us with the following timelines:

      • 10-15 working days processing time
      • 10-15 working days shipment time (worldwide)
      • possible delays: 5-10 working days

    • Return

      You have 14 days to return the product if for any reason you will change your mind. The product can be returned, and a refund will be provided only if the product is still in the same condition it was shipped, including the packaging. We reserve the possibility to not accept a return. In case of a return, shipment costs are handled by the customer. If the returned goods will be accepted, the 80% of the product price will be refunded.

If the payment is not provided a request for cancellation can be taken into consideration for special cases (purchase errors and similar).
